Namaskar dosto aaj me aapke sath baat karne jaa raha hu ek ase Vishay (topic) par jiske liye sabhi intzar to karte hai lekin uske aadhar ko koyi janna nahi chahta jo ki bahut matwpurn hai. Or wo hai rojgar ke avsar / sarkari Naukri ke Avsar ya sarkari job kese nikalti hai or kiske madhyam or kis kary ke liye nikalti hai .

Jaise ham savrojgar bhi kehte hai ya self employment fark itna hai ki aap aapki bhudhi or vivek ka istmal khud ke liye karte hai or Sarkari Naukri  or Privet job me aap khud ki samjh ka istemal bhart sarkar ya kisi company ke liye sewa dete huwe karte hai.

Ab ham baat karte hai sarakri Naukri ki. Ham mai se jyada tar log ya aisa keh sakte hai ki sabhi apni shiksha (Education) samapt karne ke baad Govt.  jobs exam ki tayari karte hai  (mene apni pichhli post me sarkari job me aap kis tarha Select ho sakte hai bataya tha aap use jarur padhe) or sabhi ka ye pryas rehta hai ki jald se jald select hoke jeevan ko saral or sugam bana liya jaye. Or iske liye sabhi kafi mehnat karte hai or pesa bhi kharch karte hai coaching classes Etc, mai. Kuchh ko jald saflta mil jati hai to kuchh logo ko thode samy baad. lekin ye Sarkari bhartiyan kese nikali jati hai iske Vishay me aaj ham charcha karenge or kuchh tips bhi aapko denge ki kis department me kis adhar par or kis niyamavali se selection prosess hoti hai.

Jesa ki aap jante hai hamare desh ka samvidhan lok tantr par adharit hai athwa kary karta hai. Matlab ek tarha se desh ka har nagrik desh ke liye mahtwpurn or jimmedar nagrik hai. Hamare desh ko sarkar chalati hai jiske do ang hai .

1.       Shasan (शासन) राजनीती से जुड़ा शासन होता है

2.     Prashasan ( प्रशासन) गैर-राजनैतिक या सरकारी मशीनरी.

Shashan ke tin pramukh ang hote hai

  • .       Vyavsthapika व्यवस्थापिका (kanun banati hai)
  • .       Kary palika कार्य  पालिका (niti banati hai)
  • .     Nyay palika न्याय  पालिका (nirnay deta hai)

In tino ke samayojan ko ham shasan (शासन) kehte hai . man lijiye ki vyavsthapika ne kisi kanun ko banaya, kary palika ne uske samband me sabhi niti nirdesh tay kiye jo sabhi ke liye uchit or sahi ho sabkuch samjhne ke bad or uske baad ise nyay palika ko nirnay dene or ise parit karne ke liye de diya ab waha bhi bahumat ya sarwsamati se ise ok kar diya jata hai. Or ise samvidhan me jod diya jata hai. Yahi shasan ka mila jula sampurn kary hai. Lekin shasan prashasan ke bina adhura hai ya ham kahe ki kary vihin hai dono ek dusre ke bina kuchh nahi kar sakte.

Aap puchhenge kyu ? uska karan yah hai ki sansad ne koyi kanun banaya or wo use pure desh me lagu karwana chate hai. Or usko nyay palika ne bhi manjur kiya hai lekin use sansad ya nyay palika pure desh me kese asardar banayegi uske liye kisiki to jarurat hogi. Wo machinery ya system kya hai jo pure desh me us kanun ka sakhti se palan karwaye. Sansad ya nyay palika to apna nirnay de chuke hai.

Ab yaha se prashasan (प्रशासन) ka kary shru hota hai . matlab jaha shashan ka kaam khatam waha se prashasan ka kam shuru. Prashasan ka kam shasan dwara liye gaye nirnay ko dharatal par sakriy ya lagu karna hai . iske liye pariksha ke madhyam se chune gaye log kary karte hai. Jinka kisi bhi priksha ke madhyam se selection kiya jata hai jise ham Sarkari Bharti pariksha ya govt. Recruitment bhi keh sakte hai.

To is prakar Sarkari vibhago me hone wali bharti ya Recruitment prakriya me uchh pado jese IES, IPS se leke 2nd ,3rd ayvam 4th grad tak ke karmachariyo ka chayan vyavstit avam suniyojit dhang se kiya jata hai.

Ab prashn (Question) aata hai ki Recruitment ya bharti niklati kese hai. Kese pata ki is Year ya varsh me  kis department me kitne karmchariyo ki bhari karna hai or kin pado par karna hai.

Aap jante hi hai ki jis prakar har warsh Sarkari vibhago me bharti prakriya hoti hai usi prakar Retiement (
सेवा-निवृत्ति) bhi hoti hi rehti hai isse har warsh kafi pad department wise khali hote hai. Santh hi kuchh aise utkrisht or vidwan log jo exam ko sirf khud ko parakhne ya apne adhyan ka anklan karne ke liye sarkri vibhago me exam dete hai or baad me selection hone ke bad join nahi karte we pad bhi khali reh jate hai. Kuchh ase pad bhi khali ho jate hai jinme selected vyakti ek hi samay me 2 ya 2 se adhik pariksho me ek hi samay me chaynit ho jate hai to we kisi ek ka chayan kar baki ko chhod dete hai. Ase or bhi karan hai. Santh hi badhti huwi abadi or departments / vibhago ke kaam ko pura karne or sucharu roop se chalane ke liye naveen bharti ki jati hai .

Iske baad Rajy sarkar or sambandhit mantralay is par vivechna karti hai or sambandhit sabhi prakriya ko pura karti hai jisme iske liye rajy sabha se leke jaha jaha se ise manjur karvana hota hai wo sabhi prakriya ko pura karti hai. Uske baad. Pariksha mandal ko iske bare me bataya jata hai or unse pariksha ka prarup tayar karne ko kaha jata hai. Ek bar jab sari tayari ho jati hai to iska vigyapan kar diya jata hai. Jo ham tak aata hai ki XYZ Department me nikli XYZ pado par Bharti (Recruitment). Yahi bharti ki sampurn prakriya hai.
